I very happy I got the hair system, as I had constant contact with Phil (I am fully aware he is a busy guy) and these included a skype call, face to face consultation meeting, the fitting meeting and then a followup phone call roughly a week into having the hair system.
I got in contact with Hair4all and in April and had my system fitted in September. They made me feel at ease from start to finish. My negative point on knocking a star off was the communication with regards to pricing, which wasn't given clearly on the first initial consultation and also wasn't given any communication of waiting times for the hair system from the team, as I expected from 10 weeks quoted the end of August rather than September.
Overall I would highly recommend the service and the support they offer as it great and they do help you. As mentioned the negatives mentioned can easily be turned around, so not a huge issue.
